One month later, i had a few things happend. tried to reach them in the office and no one never reached back out to me. untill i called corporate and finally had some answers. Also never got my insurance cards. Only temporary. They know the rest. They cost me money. Telling me sorry for the mistake they made doesn't make it right."

She was responsive and friendly. I switched to another auto carrier a few months ago and never received the kind of customer service given by Nohemi. "I called and spoke Nohemi to get a quote for my vehicles and a lot of things I thought she would need as far as my vehicle vin and things about my vehicles she didn’t. She had everything in front of her and made the process smooth and easy. Normally I get a head dealing with this but I didn’t. I was with the company previously and I’m even more happy to be back and for the awesome service I received thank you again.."

"This place is a disaster. Its starts from leadership ( Rett Rutland) down. They are not honest and definitely not thorough. I had to file a formal complaint (with escalation department) and maybe even smalls claims court for misrepresentation regarding quotes. They (Supervisor , and worker named Joy) told me one price and two months later it jumped $58 per month with no notification or emails or explanation. I paid my bills on time every month on auto pay. The amount I was quoted. Than I get a cancellation notice saying I owed $58. Of course I checked with my bank and I copy all transactions. Everything showed a payment was processed. When I called to complain, that is when I was given the explanation for the higher cost not by them but by the escalation department. After being transferred by two agents trying to figure out the price hike but could not, I just requested to file a formal complaint and was transferred to escalation dept. Purposely deceived me to get me as a client. So I am bringing this up to all who may want to conduct business with this branch. (DON'T) This was not the first incident. This was the forth. I had enough and I had to request a different branch to deal with until I can find a cheaper rate and bundle which now is my main focus. Very prejudice towards people of color which I was not aware of until the supervisors condescending attitude to all the mistake her employee Joy made from the very beginning. Sending the wrong insurance cards with wrong names on them to Insuring My daughter car who lives in North Carolina and put it on the South Carolina policy. They call that thorough. The night mare to get that straight was strike three. I had to just swallow the late fee and keep her with Geico. Their actions or lack their of is a clear reflection of leadership and training. Stay away from this office. If I could give then anything less that a star I would. I am sure I am not the only one they have done this to. Doubt I will be the last. I never thought I had to micro manage my car insurance, but with this agency on Oakland Ave, you have to. An acquaintance (Jason Stoogenke) who handled an identity case for me in 2013, stated this does not reach the level for his involvement, which I understand, but one day it will with this group."

She welcomed me to the agency and company, explained everything in detail, matched everything from my former policy with another agency/company and gave me an even better deal that couldn’t be matched by my former agency!
