"Took money for a service they did not provide. In March I requested a quote on homeowners insurance. I was ready to go with S.F. and then they needed even more information. Only to then deny my application in the end for a claim in April 2024 storm with my current insurer. Essentially, S.F. denied my application and told me to come back in 3 years. However, they had no problem billing my credit card $605.00. This is fraud. As no policy was ever issued. Charging for a service one did not provide. I ended up complaining to S.C. Insurance Licensing and filing a dispute with my credit card company for a refund. Corporate office tried to bill me further as well. Save yourself stress and do not deal with them!"
